About Us
Welcome to Ribble Valley Guitar Lessons!
My name is Zander and I have been playing the guitar for nearly 30 years. I am a completely self taught musician and with the knowledge and skills I have learnt over the years it has enabled me to perform live in a variety of bands, productions, film and TV shows. I have also been involved in recording studio work as both a performer and assistant producer.
I currently perform as "Johnny Marr" in These Smiths, the UK's Premier Tribute to the Smiths & Morrissey. I perform at major concert venues and festivals across the UK and Europe.
I can play and perform a variety of styles and techniques on both electric and acoustic guitar. Your interest will be catered for as each lesson is tailored to the individual.

Our Lessons
*Lessons are available in hourly blocks.
*I will help you become the player you want to be: playing the songs you want to learn and teaching the techniques required.
*There is no set standard structure to my lessons, I cater for every individual student making each lesson a unique experience.
*The most important aspect of these lessons is FUN! I want you to enjoy what you're learning which in turn will encourage you to PRACTICE! There is no baffling jargon or dot reading involved.
*I also have knowledge and experience of working with educational and sensory environments, special requirements can be discussed in advance. I am DBS Enhanced Clear.
